Version 1.1Effective 7 September 2026

Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and KodBerry, and they apply when you use the Lagom app or this health portal. The most important one is the first: Lagom is a log, not a clinician.

Who you are agreeing with

Lagom is made and operated by KodBerry Solutions AB (org. nr 559468-5454), a Swedish limited company with registered address Småbjörksvägen 27, 163 42 Spånga, Stockholm, Sweden — “KodBerry” in these terms. These terms are an agreement between you and KodBerry— not between you and Apple or Google, whatever store you installed the app from. “Lagom” below means the mobile app and this portal together.

Lagom is not medical advice

Lagom records what you tell it and shows it back to you. It is a wellness and log-keeping tool, not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, does not recommend or adjust doses, and does not tell you what your numbers mean. Where it offers educational information, that information is general, sourced, and carries its own disclaimer — it is not tailored to you.

Nothing in the app or this portal replaces advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Never start, stop or change a medication because of something Lagom displayed. If you feel unwell, contact your clinician. Lagom is not for emergencies: in an emergency, call your local emergency number — 112 in the EU, 911 in North America.

Reports and summaries you produce from your own data are a discussion aid for an appointment. They are self-reported, unverified by any clinician, and are not a medical record.

Your account

You must be 18 or older; the app will not accept a date of birth below that age. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, because sign-in codes and password-reset emails are sent there and anyone who can read them can reach your account. If you set a password, choose one you do not use elsewhere. One account is for one person — do not share it, and do not log another person's health data in it.

Your licence to use Lagom

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and the portal for your own health logging. The app is licensed, not sold; the software, design and content other than your own data remain KodBerry's. The licence ends when your account does.

Your data is yours

You keep ownership of everything you log. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store your entries, show them back to you, and compute the summaries you asked for. We claim no other rights in it. How it is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Share links

Lagom lets you create a link that shows one report, for a period you choose, to whoever holds the link — that is the point of the feature, and it means anyone you give the link to (or who obtains it from them) can read that report without signing in. Send it only to people you trust with it, over a channel you trust. Links expire on their own after at most 30 days, you can revoke one early in the app, and the app shows you whether and when a link has been opened. Once someone has viewed or saved a report, deleting the link cannot take that copy back.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to reach another user's data, or probe the service for ways to do so. If you find a way, please report it to contact@trylagom.app rather than using it.
  • Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service, or use it to provide clinical services to other people.
  • Do not upload anything unlawful, or anyone else's personal data or photographs.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions bought inside the app are billed by Apple or Google under their terms and renew automatically until cancelled; you manage and cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account, not here. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your account — cancel in the store first. Refunds are handled by whichever store took the payment, under its policy. If a free trial converts to a paid plan, the store tells you the price and date before you are charged. Free features that later become paid will be announced before the change.

Availability, and keeping your own copy

We try to keep Lagom running and your data intact, but the service is provided as-is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Sync depends on your network and on our providers. If a record matters to you clinically, keep your own copy — export it or bring it to your appointment.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KodBerry is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision about your health made on the basis of something the app displayed. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your account from Profile → Account → Delete account, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership of your data, limits of liability, governing law — survive the end of the agreement.

If you installed Lagom from the Apple App Store

Apple requires the following terms when a developer supplies its own licence agreement, and they apply to you if you installed the app from the App Store:

  • These terms are concluded between you and KodBerry only, not with Apple. KodBerry, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Your licence is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules, except that the app may be shared through Family Sharing where enabled.
  • Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
  • If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app; any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are KodBerry's responsibility.
  • KodBerry, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
  • In the event of a third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, KodBerry, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim.
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and on your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you.
  • You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement (for example your mobile data agreement) when using the app.

Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to KodBerry Solutions AB, Småbjörksvägen 27, 163 42 Spånga, Stockholm, Sweden, or contact@trylagom.app.

Governing law and disputes

Swedish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away protections granted by mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country as well as in Sweden. Consumers in Sweden can also refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). We do not require arbitration, and nothing here waives rights you cannot lawfully waive.

General

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may assign these terms to a successor of the Lagom service — for instance in a merger or sale — and will tell you if we do; you may not assign them. Neither side is responsible for failure to perform caused by events genuinely beyond its control. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Lagom; not enforcing a term once is not a waiver of it.

Changes

These terms carry a version number and an effective date. Material changes get a new version and notice in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Lagom after that means you accept them. If you do not accept a change, delete your account before it takes effect.
